1. Seasonal Service Model

Snowcap Christmas Lights provides a coordinated seasonal service including custom design, commercial-grade lighting supply, installation, agreed in-season maintenance, post-holiday removal, and storage. All seasonal lighting materials and equipment remain the property of Snowcap Christmas Lights. Pricing is for the seasonal service and does not constitute a sale of equipment.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Initial quotes and estimates are non-binding until formally approved in writing. Requested installation timeframes submitted through the website are preferences to assist scheduling and routing, not guaranteed calendar appointments.

3. Property Access & Electrical Requirements

Homeowners agree to provide safe access to the exterior installation areas and properly functioning exterior 120V GFCI electrical outlets.
